Consultancy

As consultants we are experienced professionals in Tall Ship Event Delivery with extensive knowledge and experience. Our role as consultant falls under one of two general categories:

• Internal consultant: we can operate within an organisation where we are available to be consulted on areas of our expertise by departments or individuals (acting as clients); or
• External consultant: we can be employed externally where our expertise is provided on a temporary basis, for a fee. In this role we operate as small consulting firms consisting of an individual, specific to the client's need or as a group of consultants where the client can draw upon a range a specialist subject matters. in this type of consultancy we generally engage with multiple and changing clients, which are typically companies, non-profit organisations, or governments.

By hiring us a consultants, you will have access to deeper levels of expertise than would be financially feasible for you to retain in-house on a long-term basis. As well, you can control your expenditure on consulting services by only purchasing as much services from us as you desire. As consultants we provide advice and operational management to you in a variety of forms eg. reports and presentations or hands on management. However, in some specialised instances, we may develop customised software or other products to assist you in the task.

The range of areas that we cover is wide. One of the more common requests that we get is to act as management consultants. In all cases we are engaged to fulfil a brief in terms of helping to find solutions to specific issues but the ways in which that is to be done generally falls to us, within constraints such as budget and resources agreed with you the client. However in some instances we can be hired as an interim manager or executive, bringing a combination of specialist expertise to bear on a role that is temporarily vacant or where no suitable candidate can be found within the organisation (usually at a senior level).

As consultants we have a flexibility that allows us to work independently or as a collective. More so the ability to access the expertise and knowledge from other members of our alliance.
